Business Development for Golf or Family
or health & beauty Lifestyle Credit Cards
|

To formulate and deliver marketing strategies
with primary focus on Lifestyle card acquisition and usage |
| |
Reporting to CEO & Business Heads
to drive overall card business performance |
| |
Develop and implement respective Lifestyle
Theme Card platforms, products & services to meet the
needs of Greater China & other markets |
| |
Work with sophisticated Lifestyle
business partners to enhance card benefits & usage
platforms |
Requirement: |
|
|
| |
Degree holder in Marketing or Business
Administration |
| |
Minimum 5-10 years of experience in
marketing with Golf / Family / h&b experience in card & membership
services preferred |
| |
Thorough understanding of respective
aspects of targeted Lifestyle market segment |
| |
Fluent in Mandarin, English and Cantonese |
| |
Self initiated, independent, proactive
and well organized |
| |
Strong communication, people management
and presentation skills, performance and results-oriented |
| |
Experience in regional marketing a plus |

Job Purpose: |

Assist in formulating marketing strategies on card acquisition and utilization in order to maintain competitiveness |
| |
Liaise with diversified business partners to provide special privileges and build card benefit platform |

Perform marketing communication role to ensure effective delivery of promotion and advertising activities |
Requirement: |

University graduate or equivalent with
at least 3-4 yea6rs of solid working experience in credit
card marketing |
| |
Well-organized, independent and with strong initiative |
| |
Hobbies on Golf or experience in Family Lifestyle are advantages |

Experienced in marketing communication |

Good command of English and Chinese |
| |
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills |

Direct Sales Manager / Executive
Job Purpose: |
| |
To build and lead a team of sales to promote our Credit Card products |
| |
To generate sales through telemarketing and direct selling to the target customers |
| |
Outdoor sales and promotion activities are required |
Requirement: |
|
|
| |
Diploma / Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline |
| |
2-4 years of sales experience, exposure in banking and finance
industry is preferred. For Sales Manager, at least 2 years'
experience at supervisory level |
| |
Able to work independently and to establish sales network |
| |
Strong communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to achieve sales target |
| |
Initiative, aggressive, result-oriented and willing to work under pressure |
| |
Excellent business communication and interpersonal skills |
| |
Good command of spoken & written English & Cantonese;
Mandarin is a plus |
| |
Knowledge in PC application such as
MS Words, Excel & PowerPoint |

Business Manager
Job Purpose: |
| |
Enhance the current web and system of
the group by identifying and meeting group’s on-going
requirements in performance reporting and business promotion |
| |
Consolidate regular business performance reports with partnership
banks to senior management |
| |
Enhance website and provide project management on ad-hoc
projects for both internal users and external partners, with
primarily focus on e-marketing |
| |
Participate in and provide data / IT support |
Requirement: |
|
|
| |
Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines |
| |
At least 5 years' relevant experience, experience gained
from marketing/credit card business is a definite advantage |
| |
Proficiency in web-scripting languages such as Dreamweaver,
HTML and Flash |
| |
Familiar with Photoshop and Access is preferred |
| |
Experience in website design and maintenance, plus e-marketing |
| |
Able to work under time pressure, and team building skill
among business and banking partners |
| |
Fluency in English and Cantonese. Mandarin communication
is a plus |
| |
Creative and self-motivated, with business minded |
| |
Travel may be required |
