The
Welcome gifts are only applicable to new Cardmembers who have
successfully applied for Family Visa ("new Cardmembers")
on or before March 31, 2007. The gifts are not applicable to
existing Family Visa Cardmember and applicants who were Family
Visa in the past 12 months.

A welcome
gift redemption letter will be sent to new Cardmembers together
with the Family Visa. Cardmembers should present the redemption
letter and relevant sales slips at designated centres for gift
redemption. To redeem the welcome gifts, new Cardmember is
required to spend HK$800 for the A to Z Directory for Parents
and Kids or Toonsland HK$200 Cash Coupon with the Family Visa
within the first 2 months from the date of Card issuance; or
HK$1,800 for a vetch Fly and Discover Globe (The accumulated
transactions are limited to retail transactions only).

If you do
not indicate your choice, your welcome gift will be assigned
as The A to Z Directory for Parents and Kids. No change of
selected welcome gift is accepted.

is found to have redeemed the welcome gift(s) more than once,

Limited (OCG) reserve the right to debit the original value

available on a first-come-first-served basis. If the welcome
gift(s) is out of stock, UOB and OCG reserve the right to offer
alternative welcome gift(s).
