Mr. Yu Chun Fai
Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive

Mr. Yu is the driving force behind Oriental City Group (OCG).   Mr. Yu founded OCG in 2001 and aimed to be a leading financial services provider in Greater China and Asia. He leads a team of professionals with extensive industry knowledge and experience, and oversees OCG's diversified business groups.

Mr. Yu hails from a solid financial and banking background with more than 20 years of experience at major financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, AIG, Allianz Dresdner, VISA International, and American Express.

Before establishing OCG, Mr. Yu served at Morgan Stanley. Key contributions involved introducing quality investment funds to top Asian institutions and private clients.

Mr. Yu established AIG Asset Management (Asia) Ltd. for AIG in Hong Kong before joining Morgan Stanley.  AIG Asset Management introduced investment funds to investors in Hong Kong.

Prior to AIG, Mr. Yu worked at Allianz Dresdner Asset Management as Head of Marketing in Asia, Mr. Yu set up regional distribution network and introduced the Investment Credit Card in partnership with HSBC, in addition to the card payment system for investment products and services.

Mr. Yu also served at card industry's leading institutions, including Visa International and American Express.

Mr. Yu is an independent non-executive director of New World Department Store China Ltd., a company listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Mr. Sung Hak Keung
Vice President

Mr. Sung has about 10 years of experience in auditing, accounting, corporate finance and general management. Before joining OCG, Andy worked at various corporations including a prestigious international accounting firm and a company listed on Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.  Mr. Sung is the associate member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree from University of Manchester in United Kingdom and a bachelor of commerce degree from University of Toronto in Canada.

Phuri Khamphidet
Managing Director

Mr. Phuri Khamphidet is Head of OCG Thailand. He takes the lead role for the development of China Unionpay acquiring business in Thailand. He carries a strong experience in credit card business development and marketing. For merchant acquiring business, especially, he has more than 16 years of experience in financial institutes such as Citibank N.A. and Diners Club (Thailand) Co., Ltd. Before joining OCG Thailand, Phuri managed merchant business team of Diners Club (Thailand) Co., Ltd.  He holds the Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Ramkhamhaeng University.

Panthong Limpkittisin
Operations Controller

Mr. Panthong joined OCG Thailand in 2004 as Operations Controller, in charge of operation process for Acquiring Business of OCG Thailand. He has over 17 years of working experience in Credit Card industry such as Siam Commercial Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Citibank and AIG Card. He has in-depth professional knowledge in Settlement, Fraud Analysis, Chargeback, Customer Service, Merchant Service, Card Production and Transaction Processing. He holds an MBA degree in General Management from Ramkhamhaeng University in 2002.
