OCG Thailand is officially registered

Hong Kong, September 27, 2004 - Oriental City Group (Thailand) Company Limited (OCGT) has been duly registered in accordance with the Civil and Commercial Code in Thailand.

OCGT is the first company established by Oriental City Group Limited (OCG) outside Greater China Region. Appreciating the strategic value of local wisdom, the new company formed as a joint-venture with VGI Group Company Limited (VGI). VGI is an integrated advertising and marketing services company with strong presence in Thailand.

"The mission of OCGT is to extend OCG's core business to Thailand and to provide new generation of Card and Financial Payment Services. VGI's well established business network and very solid knowledge in the local market will definitely help OCGT achieving its objectives efficiently." said Henry Yu, Founder and Chairman of OCG.
