Hong Kong, July 12, 2006 - Oriental City Group (Thailand) Co. Ltd. has entered into a partnership with Thailand’s first commercial bank - Siam Commercial Bank to widen the coverage of China UnionPay merchant acceptance business in Thailand.

About Siam Commercial Bank
